Setting email address in Microsoft Outlook 2007

The following is how to set your email addresses up using Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Install and open Thunderbird. Once you have opened the software you need the following information from your service provider:

EMAIL ADDRESSES: name@
INCOMING SERVER: mail.
OUTGOING SERVER: mail.
PASSWORD: *&^$^&

OUTLOOK
- tools – account settings
- new
- insert your name, email address, and password (above) and click next
- check ‘ manually configure server settings’ and click next
- check ‘internet e-mail’ and click next
- insert incoming and outgoing servers (above)
- ‘user name’ is your email address (eg. johnsmith@yourwebsite.co.uk)
- ‘password’ is above
- check ‘remember password’
- click ‘next’ and then ‘finish’

Now if you click ‘SEND & RECEIVE’ your emails will start to download.
